2. Products

Carta Muriel creates handmade notebooks, sketchbooks, and paper goods. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each item is unique. Small variations in color, texture, dimensions, stitching, paper characteristics, and other details are not considered defects but are part of the handmade production process. Product photographs are intended to provide a general representation of the item. Slight variations between the product received and the images displayed on the website may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

We accept payments through: PayPal Major credit and debit cards Orders will be processed and prepared for shipment only after full payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@cartamuriel.it. After 24 hours, production and processing may already have begun and cancellations, refunds, or modifications are no longer possible.

5. Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs vary according to destination and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Carta Muriel is not responsible for such charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, Carta Muriel will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer. Customers must cooperate with any carrier investigation and provide any information reasonably required to verify the loss.

8. Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us at info@cartamuriel.it and provide clear photographs showing the damage. If, upon review, the damage is deemed substantial enough to prevent normal use of the product, Carta Muriel will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. Minor variations, marks, or characteristics resulting from the handmade nature of the product do not constitute damage or defects.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, returns are generally not accepted. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and photographs before placing an order.
